Hardwood Place

This 40-unit apartment building was notorious in Prince George, plagued by crime, infestations, and significant maintenance issues. To address these challenges, we embarked on a comprehensive renovation project with a budget of $3.1 million.

The renovation was sold to BC Housing in November 2023, effectively transforming what was once considered one of the worst apartments in the city into one of the best.

Hardwood Place was named runner-up for the Renovation of the Year award by the Canadian Federation of Apartment Associations, an accolade we had previously won for our Park Village/Pine Glen renovation. Currently, this property is in the process of being sold to BC Housing as part of their supportive housing program in Prince George.
