About the Project
Briarwood III exemplifies a creative approach to enhancing the value of an existing asset. Initially, this apartment site comprised only 72 units on a sizeable parcel of land. Through the strategic rezoning of the land, we successfully increased the permitted density by an additional 169 units. The first phase, a 60-unit building, was completed in February 2024. Notably, the land acquisition cost was virtually nothing, and the project qualified for a five-year municipal property tax exemption.
